In the foothills of Cupertino next to Saratoga…
This was a new 5,300 SF Contemporary residence on a sloping hillside. An open floor plan and extensive Kitchen area with Butler's Pantry. An open plan that has formal living on one wing and informal family room area on the other opening up to a pool. The Master suite sits on top up the hillside.
Interestingly, we were required by the Cupertino Site + Architectural review to add "quoins" on exterior corners of the facade.
