Opening up the floor plan...adding vivid colors

Remodel. The existing 3/2 ranch floor plan needed to be opened up for their entertaining lifestyle. We removed walls, designed a new Kitchen with an open island countertop form that matched the new fireplace hearth form. Added architectural lighting. Glass panels were added to create seperation while allowing some transparency. This was a client from my earlier days when I had "The Architect's Interior" in Los Gatos. Linda has a great sense for color and materials. Very fun.
